Job Summary
Elevate the premium experience! As a Premium Manager, you will lead the operations of premium suites and club spaces, delivering top-tier service and hospitality for high-profile guests. You will oversee staff, maintain service excellence, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to create memorable experiences for premium clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
3+ years of leadership experience in premium or luxury service environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
Strong operational and event management skills
Previous experience managing teams in high-end hospitality preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily premium club and suite operations
Manage and train premium service staff
Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
Collaborate with sales teams to meet client expectations
Coordinate event logistics and maintain premium standards
Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational goals
