Role Responsibilities:- Engage with consumers to understand their goals and motivations
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and improve sales processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
- Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads to meet business targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports to track performance and forecast future sales trends.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights for team improvement.
- Assist in training new sales staff on company policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry insights.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote company products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or consulting environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
- Availability to work on-site and during business hours.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Background in consulting services is an advantage.
