- Deliver major appliances to customers' homes, ensuring safe handling and transport.
- Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and installation processes.
- Assist customers with appliance setup and provide basic operational training.
- Maintain and operate delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery and installation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances and perform physical tasks.
- Experience in appliance delivery and installation is a plus.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for appliance operation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
