Cloud Engineer (AWS, Java, Angular)
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cloud Engineer (AWS, Java, Angular) in Westlake, TX. Duties Include:
- Hands-on software/cloud development and engineering
- Engaged in sophisticated architectural developments and technology initiatives
- Working in agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban) and Test Driven Development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or engineering equivalent
- 10+ years of hands-on software/cloud development and engineering experience
- Over 5 years engaged in sophisticated architectural developments and technology initiatives
- Experience working in agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban) and Test Driven Development
- REST API development using NodeJS, Java
- Event Driven application design and development using KAFKA
- UI Development skills using Angular
- Database development using PL/SQL for Oracle
- Working with AWS Services such as EKS, Lambda, API gateway, SQS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM roles/polices, etc.
- API Gateway publishing with APIGEE/Stratum.
- Production Log Monitoring Tools like Splunk/Datadog/Kibana
- Hands on experience building microservice architecture using container-based development (Docker)
- DevOps CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Jenkins Core, Concourse, Terraform
