Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing position
• Provide intermediate-level patient care for patients requiring closer monitoring than general medical units
• Monitor patients who may be transitioning from intensive care or require step-down care
• Manage multiple patients with varying acuity levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
