Administrative Assistant – The Tradesmen Group LLC (Plain City, OH)
Overview:
TTG, a leading federal restoration contractor and 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a dependable, flexible, and organized Administrative Assistant to support operations at its headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for daily business operations
- Attend meetings, take notes, and assist with follow-ups
- Conduct research and complete reports
- Handle calls and coordinate administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate administrative role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to take skill assessments
- Ability to work independently
- Background check and drug screening required
- Construction industry familiarity is a plus
