Anesthesiologist

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Anesthesiologists to join leading fertility and reproductive medicine centers across multiple U.S. locations. Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, and per-diem/locum basis, with opportunities to work alongside reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and embryologists in state-of-the-art clinical environments focused on patient-centered fertility care and advanced treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing fertility treatments and procedures, including oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, and minor in-office interventions.

• Preoperative assessment and optimization of patients for anesthesia.

• Monitor and manage patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.

• Administer and titrate anesthesia medications as appropriate for individual patient needs.

• Collaborate closely with the fertility care team to ensure seamless procedural workflow and patient experience.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients on anesthesia plans, risks, and post-procedure recovery.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Anesthesiology .

• Current U.S. medical license and DEA registration.

• 2+ years of experience in anesthesia, preferably in OB/GYN, fertility, or womens health settings.

• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
