As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Escort in Reynoldsburg, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic retail location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with management and/or local first responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entry points, exterior walkways, and perimeter areas, with attention to unusual activity and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to site protocols.
• Support loss prevention and other retail security-related operations by documenting incidents, assisting with de-escalation, and helping to deter unauthorized or disruptive activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
