6–12 Agriculture / Skilled & Technical Sciences Teacher – York Public Schools
York Public Schools is accepting applications for a 6–12 Agriculture / Skilled and Technical Sciences Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year . We are seeking an enthusiastic, student-centered educator who is passionate about agricultural education, career and technical skill development, and preparing students for future success.
Position Details:
- Full-time, certified teaching position (Grades 6–12)
- 2026–2027 school year

Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering engaging instruction in agriculture and skilled/technical sciences courses
- Integrating hands-on learning experiences and real-world applications
- Supporting student leadership development through FFA and related activities
- Supervising agricultural projects and experiential learning opportunities
- Collaborating with staff, families, and community partners
- Maintaining accurate records and program documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate (or ability to obtain) with appropriate endorsement
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Commitment to student engagement and career readiness
- Experience with agricultural education and FFA preferred
