We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals. Sign-On Bonus $2,500!Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patientsPrepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summariesEstablish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilitiesTravel to nearby centers as neededQualifications:Valid State Occupational Therapist License and CredentialsSNF and/or Acute care experienceCornerstone Rehab delivers innovative rehab management solutions to skilled nursing facilities in the United States.
