Data Architect
Akkodis is seeking a Data Architect for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH(Hybrid). The candidate must have strong expertise in MicroStrategy BI along with Snowflake and data modeling to be considered for this position.
Rate Range: $55/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Data Architect job responsibilities include:
Define data requirements and design data models, schemas, and overall architecture for the application.
Build MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and metrics to support business reporting needs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data structures, integration, and reporting with business objectives.
Conduct data analysis using SQL and Snowflake to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, modelling decisions, and reporting structures.
Evaluate and improve data processes, applying best practices for data management and governance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5+ Years of experience required.
Client requires expertise in defining data structures, building dashboards, and designing schema models.
Ability to perform independently as a subject‑matter expert and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
