Job Description

Complete Pest Solutions is excited to announce a career opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic individual in the role of Pest and Wildlife Professional. This position offers the chance to become an integral part of a team committed to providing top-tier pest control and wildlife management services. We are seeking a full-time professional to help us continue delivering excellent results and exceptional customer service. Please note, this is not a remote job and requires physical presence for effective execution of duties.

The Pest and Wildlife Professional will play a critical role in managing and executing pest control and wildlife exclusion strategies, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Applicants should be prepared for a vigorous role that combines hands-on fieldwork with insightful strategic planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and assessments to identify pest and wildlife issues.
  • Develop and implement effective control strategies tailored to specific situations.
  • Install wildlife exclusion solutions and perform minor home repairs related to pest entry.
  • Handle and apply pesticides following all safety protocols and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all inspections, treatments, and other job-related activities.
  • Offer advice and recommendations to clients on how to prevent future pest and wildlife problems.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in pest control techniques and wildlife management practices.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and tools in safe and functional condition.
  • Participate in training and educational sessions to enhance skills and comply with industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clarity, and confidence in our services.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency call-outs for pest and wildlife removal.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pest control or wildlife management preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Criminal background check with no prior convictions.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
  • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Drug-free as evidenced by a pre-employment drug screening test.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly convey information and instructions.
