Position Overview:
We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This role focuses on supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. communication.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all event tasks are completed on time
- Maintain organized records of event schedules, materials, and timelines
- Communicate with vendors, staff, and attendees as needed
- Monitor event activities and report updates to supervisors
- Ensure all event areas remain clean, organized, and well-prepared
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous event, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
