We’re hiring an FP&A Analyst for a full-time, 90-day contract role onsite in Cincinnati, OH, supporting a client of Clark Schaefer Hackett. This is a great fit for someone who can jump in quickly, work across teams, and help support forecasting, reporting, and day-to-day finance operations during a busy stretch.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in FP&A, accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support forecasting, reporting, cost analysis, and month-end finance activity across multiple plant locations.

• Support close activities, invoicing, monthly cost tracking, and general accounting work.
• Review expenses, prepare weekly estimates, and monitor plant-level spending.
• Pull together weekly and monthly forecasts, update projections, and explain budget variances.
• Submit forecast data and assist with month-end, working capital, and year-end reporting.
• Support cost studies, maintain templates, track deadlines, and partner with plant teams to gather data.
• Review inventory-related reporting, flag issues, and provide backup support across plant finance operations and systems.
