In thishigh-volume, office-based sales role, you'll work warm, inbound leadsand drive revenue by helping homeowners choose the best solutions for their needs. If you're ready to earn what you're worth we want to hear from you.

Choose your path:

• Commission-only for max earning potentialOR Base + Commission for stability + upside

What Youll Do:

• Follow up on pre-qualified inbound leads and outbound opportunities
• Build relationships, educate customers, and present solutions all by phone
• Close deals and consistently hit/exceed sales targets
• Manage pipeline activity and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to refine lead strategies and conversion rates
• Be part of a fast-paced, energetic team that celebrates wins!

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years of proven experience in inside sales, outside sales, and phone sales
• Strong closer knows how to build rapport, handle objections, and ask for the sale
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated thrives in a goal-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and office tools
• Professional, positive attitude and a desire to WIN!
