Imagine starting your shift with a quick walk-through: you review PM schedules, clear a pneumatic issue on a packaging line, inspect a VFD panel, and log your work. What You’ll Do

• Keep equipment running through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Troubleshoot across mechanics, electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Complete inspections focused on safety and reliability.
• Maintain clear, organized records of all maintenance tasks.
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance calls.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive continuous improvement.
• Follow safety protocols every step of the way.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

What It Takes

• Two (2) years of mechanical experience documented in your application work history, or completion of an industrial maintenance training program (experience can be combined across employers to reach 2+ years).
• Rehire eligibility at this facility requires 90 days since prior employment and fewer than three total prior work terms.
• 18+ with valid ID.
• Comfort with basic hand tools.
• Baseline knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Able to read/interpret work assignments.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs to 120 feet and ladders to 60 feet, stand for extended periods, and work in extreme hot, cold, and inclement weather.
