Our busy chiropractic practice serves a family population, and we’re searching for a dependable, upbeat, and people-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. If you love helping others, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in doing things the right way, this may be a great fit.

You’re someone who:

• Thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
• Is naturally friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
• Can multitask calmly while staying professional and positive
• Enjoys working with families, children, and babies (being comfortable holding infants is required)
• Is dependable, punctual, and comfortable being on your feet throughout the day
• Is confident using computers, basic office software, and learning new systems

No chiropractic experience is required! We are happy to train the right person. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phones/texts and managing the appointment schedule
• Opening the office each morning
• Creating a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment for patients
• Providing excellent front-desk and patient service
• Assisting chiropractors with administrative and daily office tasks
• Being responsible for patient payments
• Managing patient records and maintaining an organized workspace
• Supporting smooth office operations as part of a collaborative team
• Closing the office each day and prepping for the following day

Schedule: Each shift will also include a lunch break

• Monday & Thursday: 8:20am–6:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am–6:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:20am–7:00pm
• Friday: As Needed (Typically 1-2 Fridays per month for training)

Compensation & Growth

• $20–$22 per hour , based on experience
