So Sweet Lebanese & French Pastries — Pastry Talent Wanted (Talmadge Rd, Toledo)
You spent three to five years mastering lamination, macarons, and clean buttercream work. You are ready to own a kitchen, not wait to be shown one.
So Sweet Lebanese & French Pastries is hiring a skilled Pastry Chef for the team. We are a family-owned gourmet shop with a real reputation for French and Lebanese pastry, and this is your chance to step in, take ownership, and put your systems in place. We want a self-starter who solves problems on the spot and builds the structure that keeps a kitchen running consistently.
You should be strong in
- Mousses, custards, macarons, caramel, meringues, and buttercreams
- Piping and finishing: macaron shells, rosettes, borders, writing on cakes and eclairs
- Tarts, choux, tortes, petit fours, and buttercream and fondant cake decorating
- Laminated and yeasted items, with proper proofing and accurate bake times
What we want
- Three to five years of hands-on pastry production
- A self-starter who takes ownership and implements systems, recipes, and standards
- Speed, composure, and problem-solving in a fast-paced kitchen
- Dependable, punctual, team-minded

- Five days a week, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
