Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team in the Toledo, OH area. This role involves working with adolescents and young adults in IOP and PHP settings, providing individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and family support. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth mental health, skilled in evidence-based interventions, and comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for adolescents and young adults in PHP and IOP settings.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to support client progress.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families to support treatment and long-term well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and company guidelines.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active Ohio license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, IMFT, MFT, or equivalent).

• Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in a behavioral health setting.

• Training or experience with PHP/IOP levels of care preferred.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
