Full Stack Developer (AI/ML)
Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Job Description
Design and create robust applications while integrating AI-powered tools and features into products. Work across the stack from front-end interfaces to back-end systems and use AI-assisted development tools to deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable solutions. This role requires a balance between frontend and backend development.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications, including front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud services.

Leverage AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance efficiency in coding, testing, and documentation.

Integrate AI/ML models and APIs, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, into production applications.

Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deploy AI-enabled features.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Participate in CI/CD, testing, and DevOps workflows.

Actively participate in team meetings, technical training, and process improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
-
Full stack development expertise.
-
Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, and Angular.

Experience with back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, and Flask.

Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs or ML models.

Familiarity with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer-related studies.

U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.

Experience with AI/ML is preferred.

Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, and FAISS.

Experience with MLOps pipelines.
Work Environment
The position is 100% onsite and involves collaboration within a department that focuses on leveraging AI technologies to enhance product offerings. The team values technical training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $60.00/hr.
