Office Manager/ Controller.
Full Time.
Pay $23-25 an hour.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Office Manager/Controller to oversee daily office operations and lead the financial management functions of our plastics manufacturing facility. This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with administrative leadership to ensure our office runs efficiently, accurately, and in full support of production and business goals.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Intercompany transfers.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cost reports, and cash-flow forecasts.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, workflow, and administrative processes.
- Inventory management.
- Record and deposit checks for multiple companies.
- Process and pay invoices for multiple companies.
- Send invoices on various platforms.
- Perform multiple beginning of the month tasks (commission checks & rent checks).
- Assist other team members with projects.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of accounting or controller experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows.
- Proficiency with accounting software (Sage 100) is a must
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
