Machine Operator
Location: Sharon Center, OH
Shift: First shift 5:00 am-3:00pm
Second shift 3:00pm-1:30am
Four 10 hour shifts with optional overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays
Pay: $16-17.00
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the operation of CNC machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe workspace. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials onto CNC machines.
- Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications using micrometers and calipers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist experienced operators with machine setup and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or schematics (training provided).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Some prior manufacturing experience is required
