Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.

Consultative Approach: Provide informed advice on insurance products, helping clients make well-rounded decisions that align with their corporate strategies.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's commercial client base.

Policy Management: Support clients in managing their policies, including renewals, updates, and modifications, to ensure optimal coverage.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to deliver cutting-edge solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to tailor strategies that meet client requirements and agency goals.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports to track client progress and propose actionable insights for growth and improvement.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as a commercial consultant or similar role within the insurance industry is required.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship building.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
