Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong phlebotomy skills and excellent patient service abilities. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing blood sampling, venipuncture, and related laboratory tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and blood sampling procedures accurately.
• Obtain vital signs and assess patient physiology as needed during specimen collection.
• Process and label specimens correctly for transportation or analysis according to established protocols.
• Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures clearly, answering questions, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Experience:

• Prior phlebotomy experience is required..
• Proven proficiency in phlebotomy techniques, including venipuncture and blood sampling.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to specimen collection.
• Experience working in hospital or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures, specimen processing, and aseptic techniques is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient service and care.
