Travel RN Job Details – Cleveland, OH

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44106
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Unit: Surgical Oncology, MICU Stepdown
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• End Date: April 5, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend and holiday
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,628 – $2,700

Oncology RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state
• At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required
• Preferred experience in oncology, stepdown, surgical, or telemetry nursing
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Completion of all required onboarding health screenings and background checks (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, Fit Test, TB/PPD, and others as required)
• Successful completion of competency exams and nursing skills checklists
• Valid Driver's License or State ID

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients in surgical and stepdown settings
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
• Utilize telemetry and advanced monitoring equipment for patient assessment and clinical support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on oncology treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient safety
