Kable Staffing is hiring an Assembler in Cincinnati, OH. This position is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and execute build requirements from approved prints and other work instructions.
• Operate any and all equipment, instrumentation, machines and tools to perform all duties and responsibilities
• Performs accurate measurement of facility product line components and assemblies.
• Elevate safety, quality, and manufacturing issues to supervisor in a timely manner
• Perform in-process inspections.
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constrains of the job.

REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A measure of the capacity to be answerable for personal actions. Accepts personal responsibility for the consequences of personal actions; avoids placing unnecessary blame on others
• The ability to prioritize and complete tasks to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames.
• The ability to identify actions necessary to complete tasks and obtain results. Maintains focus on goals
• The ability to establish a process for activities that lead to the implementation of systems, procedures or outcomes
• The ability to organize and motivate people to accomplish goals while creating a sense of order and direction.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
