Bartender/Server
Role: You are an experienced bartender/server with exceptional service skills, a strong work ethic, several years of experience as a bartender, and a passion for craft brewing in particular. You will be the bartender 1-2 days a week, and a server on other days.
Duties:
- Manage the bar operations during your shift(s)
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Enforce safety regulations: Ensure that the bar complies with all health and safety regulations
- Adhere to liquor regulations: Ensure that the bar complies with all liquor regulations
- Represent the welcoming, professional character of Haven Brewing
Experience with Toast POS system is a plus.
