Cutting Edge Countertops is hiring Machine Operators for our Perrysburg, Ohio, facility for 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) and Third Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Machine Operator – Essential Functions & Qualifications

As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the finishing process of materials after machining. Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading materials using overhead cranes and other lifting assists
• Operating saws and CNC machines to cut and manufacture materials
• Monitoring and maintaining assigned machinery to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving any operational issues
• Performing quality checks to ensure fabricated materials meet required specifications

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong attention to detail to operate machinery and produce quality products
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematic diagrams
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of machinery operation
• High school diploma or GED
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs
