• Assess and Treat Respiratory Conditions: Evaluate and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders, focusing on personalized care.
• Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide valuable guidance on respiratory health, disease prevention, and self-care strategies.
• Stay Informed on Best Practices: Keep up with the latest respiratory therapy advancements and help Kingston Healthcare continuously improve care standards.
• Foster Compassion and Inclusivity: Create a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for patients and colleagues alike.

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid State License to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-based, collaborative setting
