Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining area. As the Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate dining room staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members on customer service best practices.
• Oversee banquet operations, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor dining room cleanliness and organization to maintain a pleasant environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Food safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
• Experience in training staff members effectively.
• Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
• Familiarity with banquet operations is preferred but not required.
• Positive and infectious attitude. Likes to smile.
• Teamwork oriented. Works well with others and highly professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
