Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour + tips + bonuses

Now Hiring: Experienced Cleaning Team Lead
We’re looking for a Residential Cleaning Specialist with strong leadership skills and at least two years of hands-on residential cleaning experience. If you're someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys leading a team, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaners
• Perform residential cleaning tasks to a high standard, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and more
• Ensure team stays on schedule and follows established cleaning procedures
• Provide real-time training and feedback to team members
• Communicate clearly with clients and coworkers
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
• Represent the company with integrity and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced role
• Reliable transportation
• Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Willingness to travel throughout Akron and Canton
