Lead Maintenance Supervisor – EPA Type II or Universal Certified

Job Description
- To lead and mentor the on-site maintenance team
- To oversee daily operations, work orders, and preventive maintenance
- To troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- To support capital projects and maintain property standards
- To ensure safety compliance and equipment upkeep
Required Skills
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification
- Experience leading a maintenance team in the apartment industry
- Strong skillsets in:
- HVAC repair & troubleshooting
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing
- Appliance repair
- Carpentry, painting & renovations
- Preventive maintenance planning
- Must have own tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience training or onboarding techs
- Knowledge of budgeting or vendor coordination
