Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Summary
This role is designed for licensed therapists who want a consistent schedule and a fully remote setup. You will provide therapy to Ohio-based clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, focusing on progress, accountability, and measurable outcomes in mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions remotely
- Track client progress and adjust interventions
- Complete documentation within required timelines
- Adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines
- Communicate professionally with support teams
Requirements
- Active Ohio license (LMFT, LPCC, or LISW)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience providing therapy services
- Comfort using electronic health records
- Self-directed and reliable work habits
