Electrician
Malace|HR is looking for a full time commercial/industrial Electrician to work onsite at an automotive manufacturer. The position pays $27-40 per hour. There is no required license, but certified Electricians are preferred.

Requirements:
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain or alter electrical services, equipment and controls, using approved and properly sized wire, conduit, raceways and equipment. Work will be performed both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Work with high- and low-voltage systems, such as transformers, high voltage primary feed and secondary transformers to include installation, troubleshooting and repair as required.
- Work from CAD drawings/blueprints, schematics, sketches or verbal instructions to install modify, troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment and components as required.
- Install static grounding circuits and have working knowledge of NEC requirements for bonding and grounding.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a safe, efficient, and clean operating conditions. Strictly adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Report to supervisor any equipment in need of repair or any unsafe situation or condition.
- Operate efficiently, all hand/power tools, test instruments and equipment normally used by this trade and maintain/return in good condition.
- Assist in performing other duties, including work of other trades as required.
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Vocation or technical school certification
- Be familiar with the local Electrical Code.
- Understand wiring diagrams, schematics CAD drawings/blueprints.
- Have thorough knowledge of the various types of electrical motors and controls.
