Your Role & Responsibilities

• Arrive on time with a positive, go-getter attitude

• Safely operate company vehicle to pick up & deliver textiles on established routes

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

• Provide world-class service to existing home/office delivery clients

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers to grow your route

• Upsell delivery-service offerings (Fluff N Fold, specialty cleans, etc.) to maximize commissions and bonuses

• Work independently while collaborating with our operations and customer care teams

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• High energy, physical fitness, and a friendly, outgoing personality

• Comfort with face-to-face sales and building rapport on the go

• Self-motivated “hunter” mindset who thrives on setting—and beating—goals

• Job Type: Full-time, permanent

• Shift: 8-hour daily routes (Monday–Friday; occasional Saturday)

• Location: Columbus metro area (in-person)

• Pay: $40,000–$55,000 per year (hourly + 2% commission + performance bonuses)
