• Employment Type: Locum tenens travel contract
• Healthcare Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
• Start Date: October 6, 2025
• End Date: January 5, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shifts, 5x8-hour (08:00 - 16:30); flexible start times (6:00 AM - 9:30 AM)
• Optional: 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks
• Weekend/Evening Coverage: 1 evening shift & 1 Saturday per month
• Federal Holidays: Off
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,760 - $2,830

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Proficient in PET/CT and general nuclear medicine procedures
• Skilled in starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
• Experience with PACS and Epic charting systems
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT (R) or NMTCB certification required
• Valid Ohio State License
• Inpatient and outpatient clinical experience
• Ability to provide two professional references (one from management or leadership)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Scrubs not provided (preferred color: grey)

Healthcare Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT scans (approximately 33 daily), including whole-body FDG, brain, cardiac, and neuroendocrine imaging
• Operate two PET/CT scanners, primarily for oncology cases
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs for imaging procedures
• Utilize PACS and Epic for imaging documentation and charting
• Collaborate with a supportive healthcare team in both inpatient and outpatient environments
• Participate in one evening shift and one Saturday shift per month
• Ensure compliance with all credentialing and fingerprinting requirements
