Salesforce Configuration Analyst
Summary:
The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving our SFDC environment by collaborating with IT and business users to sustain and improve an environment that enables us to operate simply and efficiently within our Salesforce.com environment. This role will leverage technical expertise and customer service skillset to troubleshoot and correct production issues within Salesforce as well as collaborate with business SME's to continue to enhance our usage of the SFDC platform. This role will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand the application, the business process that it supports and build relationships with key business users. Project Details:- Participate in an after-hours support rotation to provide support to end users if necessary
- Act as the End-to-end owner of problems, issues, or escalations
- Perform escalations when necessary to Salesforce or internal departments and work with the other party to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the end user
- Work with the Business owners, IT Business Analysts and vendors to help create/code/configure small enhancements as requested by the business or identified by the application team staff
- Work effectively in a team environment to provide enhancements and support to our users in a timely manner and with a positive customer service attitude
- Act as a primary support point and escalation point for L2/L3 SalesForce.com issues from our facilities and offices across North America
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com platform including proficiency in Salesforce Lightning.
- Self-starter who is assertive, independent and can work without close supervision on multiple, concurrent projects.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Strong documentation and training skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate diverse groups of people to move towards solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology and experience implementing projects using them.
- Experience with Jira user story creation, backlog navigation and maintenance.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
