Mid/Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a creative .Net Software Developer with experience in electronic media to support our Technology team.
We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Software Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft .NET Core, C#, React, and AWS cloud technologies. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications in a cloud-first environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, can work independently, and contributes to architectural decisions while collaborating across teams. This position will play a key role in building secure, distributed systems supporting financial services applications.
Essential Functions:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React and JavaScript.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions in AWS, including Lambda , S3 , Dynamo.
- Develop database queries utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL .
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
- Implement secure coding practices aligned with financial services industry standards.
- Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar.
- Strong knowledge of application security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
