General Anesthesiologist – Columbus, OH | $500K Base + Partnership Track

A well-established private anesthesia group in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a skilled General Anesthesiologist to join our thriving, physician-led practice. Position Highlights:
∙Outstanding Compensation: Base salary of $500,000 with opportunities to increase earnings through additional ASC work

∙Partnership Opportunity: Become a partner after two years, gaining equity and long-term financial growth potential.

∙Manageable Call Schedule: 1:8 call rotation with off-post call responsibilities, supporting excellent work-life balance

∙Focused Case Mix: Provide anesthesia care for regional anesthesia, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, urology, general surgery, and endoscopy-no pediatrics, cardiac, thoracic, or complex head cases

∙Supervision Model: Primarily supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs)and residents, allowing you to provide leadership while maintaining clinical excellence.

Your Role:
As a General Anesthesiologist, you'll deliver high-quality anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties while supervising a talented team of CRNAs. Ideal Candidate:
∙MD or DO with Ohio medical license (or eligibility)
∙Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
∙Strong leadership and communication skills
