This travel RN position offers a high-acuity, adult-focused Med-Surg assignment on a Renal unit, with the opportunity to care for patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and post-dialysis needs. No on-call duties required. A 36-hour weekly schedule is guaranteed, composed of 12-hour night shifts across three shifts per week, with every-other-weekend requirements.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult renal and medical-surgical patients
- Manage care for acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and post-dialysis needs
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry; respond to rhythm changes and alarms
- Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Float within scope to related Med-Surg units as needed (e.g., Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED boarders)

Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license (required at submission)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience; renal experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips
- Epic EMR proficiency (mandatory; competency test on Day 1; failure terminates contract)
- Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced Renal Med-Surg setting
