About job: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Cincinnati location. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and eager to gain experience in packaging, inventory handling, and distribution processes within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards * Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging * Assemble packaging materials and ensure proper sealing and labeling * Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas * Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Previous warehouse, packaging, or logistics experience is a plus * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Benefits * Competitive pay * Paid training * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) * Weekly pay * Opportunities for advancement
