Because we are looking for a Bakeshop Cook!

This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of AM-mid-shift coverage - typical shift is 5:30am-2pm

What does the ROLE entail?

• Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests’ expectations in a timely manner
• Requires total supervision and hands on training
• Practice the importance of producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' expectation in a timely manner
• Responsible for communicating with culinary team
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation

Your EXPERIENCE:

• Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests’ expectations in a timely manner
• Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, procedures and experience in the culinary world
• Responsible for communicating and working successfully in a team environment
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation
• This position will require the individual to work solo shifts after an appropriate amount of training
• 1-3 years of experience preferred, hotel or large volume catering
• Capable of standing for 8 hours
• Ability to lift/push up to 50lbs
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work space
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills including reading recipes
• Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
• Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including, weekends and holidays
• A fun and energized person with a creative mindset
