CustomFit360 is seeking experienced, high energy group fitness professional to facilitate functional fitness group classes at our Lewes location! Job Duties/Expectations:

• Demonstrate competency of training techniques, including strength and conditioning formats.
• Must be able to demonstrate and organize groups of up to 15 clients through well organized, full body workouts in a circuit fashion.
• Must be able to adapt and modify on the spot, correct form and keep clients safe as they are taken through a proper warm up, strength session, and cool down.
• Instructs patrons on effective workout methods; explains proper techniques, demonstrates exercises; identifies different muscle groups, and teaches appropriate methods to strengthen specific muscles.
• Experience with dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, and suspension trainers is necessary.
• Establish clientele through developing meaningful relationships with members and providing outstanding service.
• Teaches scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down.
• Prepares appropriate equipment, music, and handouts for each class.
• Be eager to learn and accepting of constructive feedback
• Must be comfortable interacting with clients, children, parents, etc.
• Display positive demeanor towards members, guests and staff.
• Present yourself in a manner that will reinforce your status as a role model for our members.
• Assists patrons, answers questions, and maintains a positive exercise experience for members and class participants.
• Keeps management informed of customer and facility needs.
• Ensures that safety standards are met, and that department and facility policies are adhered to.
• Performs related duties as required.

Nitty Gritty:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current nationally recognized fitness certification in Group Fitness, Personal Training, or health related field.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications Required
• Working knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology and training principles.

This position has the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on demand and productivity.
