MRO Field Estimator

The MRO Field Estimator will be able to design and compile competitive quotes derived from job walks with field measuring and/or blueprint take-offs. They will coordinate with inside and outside sales, logistics, warehouse and any vendors as necessary. They will need to maintain accurate files, have excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated to meet deadlines.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Create cabinet drawings in CAD, derived from field measures or blueprints
• Coordinate with inside and outside sales teams, logistics, warehouse and vendors when appropriate
• Create and process customer bids and orders
• Obtain special pricing from vendors when appropriate, including freight to include in the quote
• Complete quote on or before specified deadline

Objectives

• To submit competitive quotes to Famous customers
• To provide excellent customer service
• To ensure we deliver exactly what the customer is requesting exactly when they need it
• Traveling locally and nationally to Famous Customers
• To learn all aspects and roles of our Multi Family Team to be able assist as the opportunity arises

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience using ProKitchen or 20/20 computer programs
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to use a computer
• General MRO knowledge
