Summary

Provide administrative and office support for the Psychological Services Center. MUST be a clinical psychology graduate student.

Essential Functions

• Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the PSC running effectively and efficiently
• Greet visitors and clients and answer telephone
• Take referral information from clients, outside agencies, and campus offices
• Other office duties as assigned
• Operate and troubleshoot office equipment and A/V equipment as needed
• Order and maintain necessary supplies, testing, and diagnostic materials as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Understand and adhere to APA's Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct
• Must be responsible, dependable, and respectful of confidentiality
• Ability to work confidently with PSC clients, clinical psychology faculty, and other graduate students
• Understanding of a variety of psychological disorders and mental health systems is desired
• Applicant must be a Clinical Psychology graduate student enrolled in at least 4 credit hours
