The Role
As Director of Marketing, you’ll own our marketing function end-to-end. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, drive user acquisition and engagement, and build the foundation for scalable growth. This role combines strategy, execution, and leadership — perfect for someone who wants to make an impact in a high-growth startup.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Lead and mentor, fostering growth and accountability.

Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, paid social, print, PR, events).

Oversee vendor relationships for media buying, creative, and PR.

Own campaign development from idea to launch to performance analysis.

Build and scale user acquisition channels with a focus on cost-effective growth.

Drive brand awareness and positioning through PR and communications.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.

Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a startup environment.

What We’re Looking For
Startup experience: proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.

6+ years in marketing with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

Track record of driving user acquisition, growth, and engagement.

Hands-on experience with email marketing, media buying, campaign management, and PR.

Strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, and conversion funnels.

Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and external vendors.

Leadership skills: proven ability to mentor and grow a small team.
