**Production Associate - 2nd and 3rd Shift - 19.00/hr**
**Job Description:**
Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will perform various tasks on the production floor with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will operate industrial sewing equipment and machinery to cut tarps to the appropriate size, set up and adjust machinery between runs, and perform quality checks on finished products. Additionally, you will oversee multiple production lines as needed and maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and oversee industrial sewing equipment and machinery.
+ Cut tarps to the correct size and perform quality checks on color, size, and measurements.
+ Set up and make necessary adjustments to machinery between production runs.
+ Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
+ Operate multiple production lines as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to work on feet in a fast-paced environment.
+ Comfortable reading a tape measure and using hand and power tools.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Competence in basic shop math and multi-tasking.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
+ Experience with packaging, assembly, inspection, packing, hand tools, construction, power tools, forklift, tape measure, and CNC.

**Work Environment**
The company operates in a non-climate-controlled facility with approximately 125 employees. Safety is a top priority, with monthly training to ensure everyone is protected. All current openings are on 2nd and 3rd shifts, providing a dynamic and supportive work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, OH.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.25/hr.
