Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Schedule and prepare all necessary materials for Recruiting Kickoff meetings, as well as candidate debriefs.
- Schedule interviews (in-person, phone, and video) between candidates and interviewing teams, prepare/distribute all relevant candidate materials and interview forms, arrange candidate travel when necessary and building strong relationships with hiring partners and executive assistants.
- Prepare and distribute offer documents in a timely manner as requested by the recruiter.
- Maintain, administer, and provide reporting on candidate surveys.
- Manage internal transfer/promotion processes with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Manage the employee referral program, including reporting and payout review
- Develop, prepare, and provide analysis on hiring metrics including but not limited to weekly hiring updates, time-to-fill, and specialized reporting on a monthly and/or quarterly basis for business partners
- Develop, manage, and report on candidate text or email campaigns
- Source talent for key roles using internet and database search techniques; tracks trends and movements within the industry
- Maintain and ideate best practices and processes for coordination and sourcing activities
- Lead and support with adhoc projects across the talent acquisition team
- 1-3 years experience in a service-oriented environment, preferably in agency or corporate staffing, human resources, project management, or retail store management including administrative support to multiple individuals on scheduling, reporting/analytics, and projects
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess extreme attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel (use of formulas and pivot tables preferred), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated agility in a fast-paced environment.
