Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Oregon, OH
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR position with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes that provide outstanding mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but some 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with the responsibility of secured parking.
No Touch Freight: We operate all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, which minimizes dock waiting times. All freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads, ensuring efficient operations.
Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Our base rates range from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 for achieving 8,000 safe miles.
Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earnings.
Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
