We are seeking a motivated Automotive Service Manager with service advisor experience to lead and grow our service department. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive department performance while maintaining a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the service department Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff Ensure exceptional customer service and high customer satisfaction Monitor department productivity, efficiency, and profitability Manage scheduling, workflow, and dispatching of repair orders Maintain strong communication between service advisors, technicians, and parts department Track KPIs such as labor hours, effective labor rate, and gross profit Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient service facility Work closely with dealership leadership to grow the service business Qualifications Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven ability to drive service department performance Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and service KPIs General Motors experience is a plus What We Offer $100,000+ income potential with performance-based incentives Medical benefits Paid vacation Family-friendly hours of operation Stable employment with a respected family-owned dealership Supportive team culture and leadership Opportunity to build and grow a successful service department Why Join Us?
